Loop Stack Studios ("we", "our", or "us") built the Tenant Tracker app. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights as a user. By using the app you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following information when you use Tenant Tracker:
- Account data: email address and password (via Firebase Authentication)
- App data you enter: property names, unit numbers, tenant names, phone numbers, CNIC numbers, rent amounts, payment records, and expense records — stored in Firebase Firestore
- Device identifiers: used by Google AdMob to serve ads
- Purchase data: subscription status managed by RevenueCat (we do not store card or payment details)
- Notification preferences: stored locally on your device
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the app (manage properties, tenants, and rent records)
- To authenticate you and keep your data secure
- To process and verify your Pro subscription
- To show advertisements via Google AdMob (free users only)
- To send local notifications you have enabled in Settings
- To generate PDF reports you request within the app
3. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:
- Firebase (Google): authentication and cloud database — firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Google AdMob: advertising — policies.google.com/privacy
- RevenueCat: subscription management — revenuecat.com/privacy
- Google Play: app distribution — policies.google.com/privacy
4. Advertising
Free users see banner and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers and usage data to show personalised ads. Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, and Switzerland will be asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.
Pro subscribers do not see any ads.
You can opt out of personalised ads at any time in your device settings under Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation.
5. Data Storage and Security
Your app data is stored in Google Firebase Firestore, secured by Firebase Authentication. Only you can access your own data — other users cannot see your properties, tenants, or financial records.
We use industry-standard security measures. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy
Tenant Tracker is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your Rights (EEA / UK Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent for personalised ads at any time
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
