This page explains how Darzi Pro ("the app", "we", "us"), developed by Moonshot, collects, uses, and protects your information. Darzi Pro is an app for tailor shop and boutique owners to manage their customers, measurements, orders, payments, and staff. By using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information Collection

We collect only the information needed to run the app's features:

1. Account Information

Your mobile phone number, used to sign in with a one-time verification code (OTP)
Your name, city, and profile photo (optional)

2. Shop Information

Shop name, address, phone number, and logo
Shop location (latitude and longitude), only if you choose to add it to your shop's public profile

3. Information You Enter About Your Customers

Customer name, phone number, address, city, notes, and photo
Body measurements for clothing (for example shirt, shalwar kameez, pant, suit, sherwani)
Orders, due dates, prices, payments, and order photos

As a shop owner, you are responsible for making sure you have your customers' permission to store their information in the app.

4. Information About Your Staff

Staff name, phone number, CNIC (optional), photo, and joining date
Salary, commission, attendance, and leave records

5. Messages

Text messages, images, and voice notes exchanged between the shop and its customers through in-app chat

6. Device Permissions

Camera and photos: to take or choose photos for profiles, shop logos, customers, and orders
Microphone: to record voice notes in chat, only when you press record
Location: to set your shop's location on its public profile, only when you choose to

You can deny or turn off these permissions at any time in your device settings. Related features may not work without them.

7. Security and Technical Information

We use Firebase App Check (Google Play Integrity on Android, App Attest on iOS) to confirm that requests come from the genuine app. This may process limited device and app integrity information.

How We Use Your Information

To create and sign in to your account
To provide the app's features: managing customers, measurements, orders, payments, staff, and chat
To show your shop's public profile to customers using the Darzi Pro customer app
To let customers who use the customer app view their own orders and measurements at your shop
To keep the app secure and prevent misuse

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data Storage and Third-Party Services

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, and App Check), operated by Google LLC. Data is encrypted in transit. Google's privacy policy is available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Data Sharing

We share your information only:

With staff members you approve to join your shop, for the data they need to do their work
With your customers, limited to their own orders, measurements, messages, and your shop's public details
With service providers (Google Firebase) that host and run the app
When required by law

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete customers, measurements, and other records from within the app at any time.

To delete your account and all associated data, email us at the address below from or mentioning your registered phone number. We will delete your account and data within 30 days, except where we must keep certain information by law.

Children's Privacy

Darzi Pro is intended for business owners and their staff. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
